Where can I find my free tickets?

Each household should have received 2 free bus tickets within the Berry Hill Travel Information Pack when they moved in. If you did not receive a Travel Information Pack please speak to the on- site team at your homebuilders sales office.

How do I use my tickets?

To start using your ticket on the Berry Hill Flyer bus service, peel the tickets from the flyer found in your Travel Information Pack and complete with the required information.

Before using your ticket to travel, you will need to provide:

• Your name
• The date of your first journey.

Don’t worry about the expiry date, the bus driver will complete this box for you when you board the bus.

Cycle voucher terms and conditions

Cycle vouchers are for use at Sherwood Pines Cycle Shop only and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

Cycle vouchers remain the property of Sherwood Pines Cycle Shop and must not be sold on to a third party

Cycle vouchers have no cash exchange value

Only original Berry Hill Flyer bus tickets, as issued within the Travel Pack, will be accepted in exchange for a cycle voucher.

When exchanging Berry Hill Flyer bus tickets for a cycle voucher, the original bus ticket is forfeited, and the cycle voucher cannot be re-exchanged for a bus ticket at a later date.

General terms and conditions

Bus tickets and Cycle vouchers are for the use of the intended Berry Hill households only and must not be duplicated, reproduced, sold or gifted.

The Berry Hill sales teams, travel plan coordinator, Berry Hill Flyer drivers and employees of Sherwood Pines Cycle Shop reserve the right to request proof of address if they suspect misuse.

Bus tickets and cycle vouchers must not be defaced. It remains the responsibility of the resident recipient to ensure the ticket and/or voucher is kept in good, legible condition.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the confiscation of your Berry Hill Flyer bus ticket or cycle voucher, under which circumstances, no offer of reimbursement will be made.

Bus ticket terms and conditions

Bus ticket valid exclusively for the Berry Hill Flyer bus service.

Bus ticket not valid until date of first journey is recorded in the space provided on the ticket.

Bus ticket will be valid for three calendar months from date of first use, e.g. from 1st January until 1st April.

Bus ticket for the use of the individual named on the ticket only.

Bus ticket does not guarantee a seat on any service.

Bus ticket may be confiscated if abused. No alternative or replacement ticket will be offered.

Bus ticket remains the property of The Lindhurst Group.
The Lindhurst Group and associated delivery partners reserve the right to refuse travel if malpractice is suspected.

Abuse towards any service operators or delivery partners will not be tolerated and the driver reserves the right to refuse travel on grounds of abuse or antisocial behaviour.

Exchanging Tickets

If you would prefer to exchange either one
or both of your Berry Hill Flyer tickets for a Sherwood Pines Cycle Shop voucher, please write your name and full address on the green side of each ticket that you wish to exchange and return to your homebuilders sales office. Your cycle vouchers will then be posted to your home address.

If you wish to exchange 1 bus ticket you will receive a £60 cycle voucher

If you wish to exchange 2 bus tickets you will receive a £120 cycle voucher.
